State's Exhibit 166 was the full audio recording of an interview of Timothy Jones. David Mackey testified that recording began after an earlier portion was not captured and that the interview then returned to September 28 for a recap; the court admitted the recording subject to the defense's previous objection and it was played on Day 14.
