92 linesTHE COURT: I got a note from the Bailiff a few minutes ago the jury said they have reached a verdict, from the Foreperson. Anything before I bring the jury in?
RICK HUBBARD: Nothing from the State, Your Honor.
BOYD YOUNG: One thing, Your Honor, a little bit premature, but just so that Your Honor is thinking about any post-verdict instructions to the jury.
RICK HUBBARD: Your Honor, we have some issues with the last language, but we can take that up if it's appropriate at that time.
THE COURT: Well, I think we'll -- let's receive the verdict and then decide how we're going to manage our time from that point forward, depending on the verdict. Bring the jury in. (WHEREUPON, the jury came into the courtroom with the verdict at approximately 2:05 p.m.)
